Today in 1804, Napoleon Bonaparte crowned himself Emperor of France- the first French emperor in 1000 years. Isn't that like Michael Jackson naming himself the King of Pop? Apparently no one argued here either.
Also in the year 1916 baseball players who are injured now get full pay for duration of their contract. I have a feeling that they weren't getting paid as much as they do now, and they didn't expect their contracts to get so ridiculously high.
